42.5. Other Restrictions. A digital document that uses the X.509 Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) standard to verify that a public key belongs to the entity described in the certificate. 4.4. Access to outpost equipment. You will provide AWS designated personnel with immediate and reasonable access to the designated facility if necessary to deliver, install, inspect, maintain, and remove equipment from outposts. You do not require AWS employees to sign, accept, or otherwise accept the materials as a condition of access to the designated entity, and you agree that the terms of such documentation are not valid, even if they are signed by AWS employees. You will ensure that no one accesses, moves, or repairs the Outpost Equipment, except (i) personnel designated by AWS, (ii) to the extent permitted in writing by AWS in connection with the maintenance of the Outpost Equipment, or (iii) if required by an imminent injury, property damage, or active fire alarm system. They shall ensure that no one changes, modifies, reverse engineers or falsifies the equipment of outposts. You acknowledge that outpost equipment may be equipped with tamper monitoring.

10.4. Use of Microsoft Software. “License included.” Use of Microsoft Software on Amazon RDS is subject to Section 5.1 above and these Additional Terms: 1.8. You may perform benchmarks or comparative tests or evaluations (each, a “Benchmark”) of the Services. If you perform or disclose a benchmark of any of the Services or permit third parties to conduct or disclose, you (i) will include in any disclosure any information necessary to reproduce that benchmark, and (ii) agree that we may perform and disclose the benchmark results of your products or services, regardless of any limitation on benchmarks in the Terms; that govern your products or services.
