The laboratory was first established in 1984 by Dr.Pantelitsa Lanitou and it was one of the first clinical laboratories in Paphos. In 2018, the clinical laboratory rebranded as Lanitis laboratory (LanLab) with the induction of Rafael Lanitis as a cofounder.

With the expertise and the critical knowledge in clinical sciences, the laboratory is constantly providing services in clinical biochemistry, haematology, immunology and microbiology. The laboratory is licensed by the Ministry of Health, is a GeSY provider, and is fully equipped with the necessary equipment and high quality analysers and is offering a wide range of clinical tests conducted either from blood or from other body fluids.
